Experience the rich tradition of Portuguese fado at the “Noite de Fados” on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Centro Cultural Português in Edmonton. Renowned fado singer Jennifer Bettencourt will perform soulful music, accompanied by Hernani Raposo on the Portuguese guitar and Valdemar Mejdoubi on the fado viola.

This gala evening also includes a lavish buffet featuring classic Portuguese dishes such as caldo verde, bacalhau à lagareiro, and a selection of traditional desserts.

Tickets are $80 for members and $90 for non-members, with free admission for children under 5. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and dinner starts at 7:00 PM.
